Double Exposure
Reflections:
For double exposure, I used my photos from the expressive light project and the photos from line and shape.
In the first photo, Jill's eyes fit within the bricks and in the second photo, the cross on the fece goes right through the middle of her eye. In the first photo, I kept the photo of Jill the same but, when I over laid the photo of the bricks and the fence, I erased the parts of the photo that were not on Jill.
I brought both the pictures into photo shop and clicked on float all in windows. I then put the photo of the bricks and the fence over the photos of Jill. I then erased the parts of the bricks and the fence so the photos of the brick and fence were only on Jill and not in the background.
The images relate because the bricks in the first photo remind me of outdoor basketball courts next to a school or another building. The photos are both serious and have a darker feeling.
The photos together show the more serious side of basketball. Instead of just basketball, the bricks and fence represent outdoor street basketball.
