Pattern and Texture
I took this photo close up to see the texture in the leaves and the flower.
I took the last picture looking straight on.
This photo is horizontal.
This photo does follow the rule of thirds because the main focus is the flower which is on the left side of the photo.
This photo mainly focuses on texture. You can see the lines and wrinkles in the leaves along with the texture in the flower on the left.
The second picture may be too exposed. The sunflower petals are a little bright but I think that it goes good with the dark center of the flower to give it a good contrast.
The fifth picture may be under exposed. The flowers on the side in the front are a little dark. I tried to lighten them them by dodging and burning but they would not get as bright as I would have liked. But, there are some brighter tones in the flowers in the back that contrast each other nicely.
The last photo is the best example of proper exposure. It has a good contrast of dark and bright tones as well as some neutral gray tones.
